1. How long will it take for my order to ship? Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to ship as tea blends are crafted in small batches and made to order. Once the order ships, you will receive your tracking number. Thank you for your patience (it will be worth the wait).
2. Can a specific loose leaf tea herb be removed from a blend? Yes, removals and substitutions are permitted for an additional $2.00 fee per herb (max 2 changes). Please send an email immediately after your order has been placed to sales@nutmegswellnessteasllc.com to instruct what herb to remove and what to replace it with. 
3. I received my order on time and want to know why it is not doing what it said it would do?! The expectation is that the steeped tea will aid with the intended support. This also takes some commitment from the consumer to ensure it can happen. The best way to do this is to incorporate the tea into a wellness lifestyle. Allow time for the tea to support you as you add it to your wellness routine on a consistent basis.
4. Do you have a medical degree or medical background? No, I do not. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University in Hospitality Management and have completed multiple online herbal courses. Due to the number of available resources, I have been able to self-educate myself on the benefits of loose leaf tea herbs.
5. Can pregnant or nursing mothers drink this tea? Pregnant or nursing mothers should seek professional advice prior to consuming any tea. The 'Mother Nurture' blend is best suited for those trying to conceive or those that have, but still seek professional advice first. 
6. I only drink tea a couple of days a week; what size container is best for me? The small-sized container is probably best for you. There are two different sizes available to accommodate all types of tea drinkers. The number of cups available from each container will vary based on the drinker and the amount of herbs used.
