Thanksgiving Day Life Reminders

Happy Thanksgiving, tea-mates! No matter how you choose to celebrate today, I hope your day is filled with joy and love depending on what that means to you.

This year, I’ve personally been reminded of lessons I’ve learned during earlier experiences. I hope my reminders can help support you in the best way. Sometimes we all need a little reminder to tighten up!

1. Cherish every moment with your loved ones. You never know when God/universe will recover their soul and spirit. Say what you need to say, ask meaningful questions and be present.

2. What’s out of your control is simply out of your control. You can only control yourself and your actions.

3. Time waits for no one. You never know when life changes and adjustments will come into play so you must try your best to make the best decisions. And learn from the

4. Support can be shown and expressed in a number of ways and it will vary from situation to situation, person to person; it just matters that you’re there.

5. Families are not chosen and you can always make the choice of separating yourself if they’re not good for you. BUT…if they have always shown you unconditional love and support, it’s your duty to return it. If you’re lucky enough to have that, I think it should be reciprocated.

I hope today replenishes your mind, body and spirit, along with strengthening your earthly ties with the family and friends who matter the most to you.

Lastly check out these herbs for healthy digestion: dandelion root, peppermint, ginger and licorice root.

How did you and your family celebrate today? What are some life reminders you thought of today? Also, have you tried any of the herbs suggested for healthy digestion? Give me the tea! Let me know in the comments.
